- 10–15 min: we list it together. Your biggest open loops on one page, in your words, and your top 3 priorities from it.
- 15–17 min: one next step. One concrete thing you can do today, whether or not we ever speak again.
- 17–20 min: your questions, then the one paid option, if it fits.

Sessions are scheduled during US daytime hours, Monday to Friday, in the morning and early afternoon Eastern time (mornings Pacific). You'll see every open time in your own time zone when you book. There are no weekend sessions.
