Three 60-minute sessions a month for three months, plus quick check-ins by Slack or voice note in between, aimed at keeping the system working through your busiest stretch: delegation, meetings, board and investor follow-ups, time zones. Every session is prepared in advance, and you get a short recap afterwards. If you're starting fresh, the first month's sessions are your setup. You can bring your EA or chief of staff to one session a month. Sessions are scheduled during US daytime hours. Slack check-ins are Monday to Friday, during US daytime hours, with replies within 1 business day, until day 90. If you join within 30 days of finishing a Reset, half your Reset fee is credited.

From then, the price will be USD 7,500.

• 9 sessions of 60 minutes (3 a month). Each one is prepared in advance, and you get a short recap afterwards.

What you give in return

• An anonymized case study. Anonymous by default. I'll only use your name or company with your written permission, and nothing is published without your approval of the text.

A public testimonial is optional and never a condition of the founding rate. A short testimonial in your own words is welcome, whatever your experience. The founding rate never depends on a positive review, on giving a testimonial, or on what the feedback or case study says.

I'm Gary Kalra, the founder of Loopkept. I founded Loopkept in 2026 to coach founder-CEOs through the busiest stretch after a raise. I'm self-taught in the method I coach with, and I run my own work the way I coach it. Everything lands in a capture list first, one for work and one for life, and emptying them is a step in my morning and evening routines. What is Getting Things Done®?

A practical method developed by David Allen. In short: you get everything that's on your mind out of your head, decide what each item needs, and keep it in lists you check regularly. It works with any tool.

I've read the book. Why do I need a coach?

Most people understand the ideas but never fully set them up, or the setup fades after a few weeks. Coaching aims to get the setup done in a few focused sessions, and the check-ins help make it a habit.

Why not just read the book, use an app or hire an assistant?

The ideas are in books, and any app can hold a list. What a session adds is doing it with you, on your real inbox and commitments, in the tools you already use, aimed at getting the setup done rather than just planned. An assistant can run your calendar, but only you can decide what each commitment means and what comes next, and that's the part we do together.

What hours do you work?

Loopkept is based in Vancouver, and I work remotely. Sessions are scheduled during US daytime hours, Monday to Friday, in the morning and early afternoon Eastern time (mornings Pacific). You'll see every open time in your own time zone when you book. There are no weekend sessions.

Is the free audit a sales call?

It's 20 minutes on what you're carrying, and you leave with your top 3 priorities and one next step either way. At the end, if it fits, I'll mention one paid option, the Loopkept Kickstart (USD 300). If it's not for you, that's the end of it.

How much time does it take?

The Reset is three sessions over two weeks (75, 60 and 45 minutes), plus short check-ins in between. The Founder System is three 60-minute sessions a month, plus Slack or voice check-ins on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Sessions are scheduled during US daytime hours. The weekly review is about an hour of your own time.

Do I have to change my tools?

No. We use what you already have unless something is clearly getting in your way.

Can my company pay?

Yes. I invoice your company in USD on signing, paid via Wise, due within 14 days. The first session can go ahead before payment; later sessions pause until it's paid. Until card checkout is live, payment is by Wise invoice.

Can I pay in instalments?

For the Loopkept Founder System, yes: 3 monthly instalments, the first before your first session. The full fee is still owed. If a payment is missed, sessions pause until it's paid. While sessions are paused, the 90-day period extends by up to 30 days; if the payment still hasn't been made by then, the remaining sessions lapse. There are no late fees or interest.

What if it isn't working for me?

If it isn't working for you after our first two sessions, tell me within 14 days of the second session and I'll refund the full fee. Refunds go back to whoever paid, by the same method. The guarantee applies once per client.

What if I want to cancel? (individual clients)

If you're buying as an individual, you can cancel at any time in the 14 days after signing and get a full refund, even if we haven't had our second session yet. Email privacy@loopkept.com, or, if you live in the EU or UK, you can also use the form in your agreement. This doesn't apply to an upgrade from the Reset, which has its own terms. Refunds are made within 14 days. Details are in the agreement.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes, free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice, or if you can't attend, the session counts as delivered, but once per program you can make one late reschedule free of charge, and genuine emergencies are handled fairly. If I need to reschedule, you never lose the session.

What if my company is paying and we need to cancel?

If your company is paying and you cancel before our second session, you'll get a full refund. After that, the guarantee applies.

Yes. What you share in sessions stays between us, except where the law requires disclosure. Case studies are anonymous unless you give written permission to name you.

How does Slack access work?

In the Founder System, you can message me on Slack Monday to Friday, during US daytime hours. I reply within 1 business day. There are no weekend replies and no out-of-hours support. Access ends on day 90. It isn't an around-the-clock service. Please don't share your employer's confidential information in Slack.

What if the price changes after I've had a quote?

Once you've signed, your price is locked for your engagement. A written quote is honoured for 7 days, even if a price change is triggered in the meantime.

Is this right for me if I'm burned out or struggling?

I'm a coach, not a therapist or medical professional. This isn't therapy or medical advice. How do you handle my personal information?

I collect only what's needed to deliver and invoice the coaching, keep it confidential, and handle it in line with BC's PIPA, Canada's PIPEDA and, for EU/UK clients, the GDPR and UK GDPR. Details are in the Loopkept Privacy Notice at loopkept.com/privacy.

Which law applies?

The agreement is governed by British Columbia law, with disputes in BC courts. If you're buying as an individual, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
